Guidelines for Returns
My main goal is to satisfy you and make your online buying experience as pleasant as possible. I understand that purchasing merchandise over the internet is challenging. I want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive. I do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason. You may return or exchange your jewelry within 15 days of ship date if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
Notify me about returning the item via e-mail as soon as possible. You will pay the costs of returning the item to me. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is received. The original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
To avoid having to return the item, please ask all the questions you need before you make the purchase. I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Refund Method
Your refund amount will returned in way of how you paid for your purchase. It will be in the amount of your purchase price less shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges applied to your order.
Return Process
To properly return an item to Elements of Earth, please do the following:
1. Notify of your intent to return your item alone with your reason of why you are not satisfied. Your satisfaction and feedback is very important to me!
2. Carefully pack up your item for return. Please include your name, address, email address along with the merchandise.
3. I will notify you via email when I have received your return. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.
