I have listed a few FAQ’s that you may have. If you do not see your question, feel free to e-mail me. I will get back to you within a day or 2.
Question: Do you have a website I can visit and see your entire collection?
Answer: Not yet. After long deliberations of coming up with a name I put off purchasing a domain. Now that I have one, I am currently working on website development. It will be up and fully running by January 1st 2011. On the site you will be able to place orders directly from the site and see full descriptions of each piece.
Question: Can you alter the length of a bracelet or necklace to make it longer or shorter?
Answer: Yes, many bracelets and necklaces can be shortened or lengthened depending on the piece. Please contact me about individual pieces.
Question: How do I know what size my wrist is?
Answer: The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric or tailors measuring tape and allow 1 finger to slide between your wrist and the tape. You do not want it too tight on your wrist. My bracelets are all measured between 7" and 8"
Question: Can I have a different clasp than what is shown in the picture?
Answer: There are several different types of clasps used in jewelry making, s clasps, lobster claws, toggles, etc. Some clasps work better on certain pieces, depending on the design. That is why that particular clasp was chosen. Although if you would like one of the other clasps, there will be a $4 charge to alter the piece.
Question: Do you do repair work on jewelry I already have?
Answer: Yes. Please contact me with a description of your problem. If possible include a photo so I can assess what repairs need to be made and if any, what charges will apply.
Question: Do you do custom orders?
Answer: Yes I do. Contact me with your request and I will surely make it for you if it can be done.
Question: Do you sell bulk orders?

Answer: I ship through the US Postal service.
Question: How long will it take to ship my item?
Answer: All items are shipped within 24 hours upon payment. It takes 3 - 7 business days usually.
Question: Do you have a return policy?
Answer: Yes. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and for any reason we cannot satisfy you, please send the item(s) back unworn, intact and in its original package for a full refund. View my Return Policy.

Answer: Absolutely 100%! Using Pay Pal is very secure and private. Also, I will not give or sell any of your information at any point in time.
